Nantong Skesai Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., formerly known as Nantong Shangzhi Machinery Co., Ltd., was established in 2017. In response to evolving business needs, the company reorganized its internal structure and, starting in 2021, launched Nantong Skesai Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. As a system integrator, the company integrates sales, R&D, manufacturing, and service. Located just 1 kilometer north of the Nantong North Expressway exit, it is bordered by Xingdong International Airport to the east and the railway station to the west. The company boasts internationally advanced, high-precision production and testing equipment, including Japanese Makino machines, Taiwan’s Yongjin CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, wire EDMs, grinders, and South Korea’s DeRen five-axis CMMs. It independently manufactures critical precision mechanical components using state-of-the-art structural‑type machining processes and maintains comprehensive inspection facilities and methodologies to ensure product quality.Nantong Skesai Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is committed to providing customers with high-quality products and comprehensive services, covering everything from solution design and precision machining to assembly, commissioning, on-site implementation, and after-sales support. The company currently focuses on two major product lines: assembly automation and machining automation. Tailored to the needs of various industries, it integrates technologies such as motion control, image processing, vibratory feeders, and articulated robots, coupled with software development, to deliver customized automated equipment and end-to-end solutions.During mechanical assembly, the handling, feeding, and assembly of base components and subassemblies have been partially or fully automated. Our flagship automation solutions include standalone equipment, in-line contour inspection systems for mechanism parts, high-speed chain‑driven fully automatic assembly lines, and robotic fully automatic assembly lines.
